DacEasy accounting discontinues payroll software support – now what?

Sage has recently announced the discontinuation of their DacEasy platform. The next steps for their clients would be a non-optional migration to their Sage50 software.

As a current client you may be wondering the following:

  • What does this mean for my business?
  • Am I responsible for moving my data over?
  • What happens if I don’t like the new software?
  • What will my bill look like now?

With this new change comes an opportunity to assess your business as a whole and dive into what needs you have developed over the years and what needs no longer exist. Now would be the time to reach out to your trusted partners, such as trusted insurance agents, HR consultants, and financial advisors and discuss where your business is at today and if this migration is the best fit for you.
